These terms cover the website only. Building repair, maintenance and consulting work we carry out for you is governed by the written quote, proposal or contract you accept for that work. If anything in these terms conflicts with that written agreement, the written agreement governs the work.
Information on this website
The content on this website, including service descriptions, project photos and articles, is general information about our services. It is not professional, engineering or legal advice for your building, and it is not an offer to do work at a particular price or on a particular schedule. Every building is different; we can only advise on yours after we have assessed it.
We try to keep the website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that everything on it is complete, accurate or up to date, and we may change it at any time without notice.
Quotes and inquiries
Submitting a request through this website does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed. Any estimate or quote we provide is subject to a site assessment and to the terms set out in that quote. We handle the personal information you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.
